CCM(U) Modular Decking Enclosed Cabinet

Construction

• Units are all welded, Constructed of Heavy-Duty extruded 6063 aluminum alloy
• Modular decking allows multiple angle sizes and spacing to accommodate different trays and product configuration
• CCM – 1.875″ wide angles:
  • Allows for 1.5″, 2.5″, 3″, 4″, 5″, or 6″ runner spacing
  • Holds 18″ x 26″ Trays
• CCMU – 3.25″ wide angles:
  • Allows for 3″, 4, 5″, or 6″ runner spacing
  • 18″ Opening holds 18″ x 26″ Trays, 14″ x 18″ Cafeteria Trays and 12″ x 20″ Steam Table Pans in the same cabinet
  • 20″ Opening holds 20″ x 20″ Glass Racks and 15″ x 20″ Cafeteria Trays

Frame

• Uprights are 2.5″ x 1″ channel
• Door, and base are 1/8″ solid aluminum
• Top and rear panel are constructed from .090″ solid aluminum
• Center support brace (full size only)
• Side ledge panels are tongue and groove design

Casters

• 5″ Poly-U Casters on all units for easy maneuverability
• Casters bolted to reinforced wheel channel
