Construction

• Constructed of Heavy-Duty Steel
• Powder-Coated Green
• Diamond Deck
• Removable Handles
• U-Boats available with Cardboard Storage Slot on One Handle
• 16″, 18″ and 24″ Deck Widths

Deck Assembly

• Deck is made from 14 gauge deck steel sheet with 1″ x 2″ 16 Ga. tubular reinforcement frame
• Center wheel forks are made from ¼” x 3″ flat bar and mounted to wheel brace
• 18″ and 24″ Wide Deck are Split Deck for added strength

Handles

• Handles are constructed from 1.25″ O.D. heavy gauge steel tubing
• 1.66″ O.D. Handle Sockets Handle bracing is made from .25″ x 1″ steel flat bar
• Optional Add-on (AO) Safety Handle to prevent pinched fingers
• Optional Cardboard Catcher (CC) Handle

Casters

• Units feature 4″ Poly-U swivel plate outer casters and 8″ Flat Tread Center Casters

Solid Shelf

• Heavy gauge steel with powder coated finish
• Easily removable – hooks onto Handle Cross Braces
• 15″D with 1″ lip down for strength and easy loading
• Additional Support under Shelf for added Strength
• Can be installed on Top or Middle Handle Cross Braces

Wire Shelf

• Heavy gauge wire with powder coated finish
• Easily removable – hooks onto Handle Cross Braces
• 15″D with 1″ lip Up to keep smaller items contained
• 4 Heavy gauge wire trussed for added Strength and rigidity
• Can be installed on Top or Middle Handle Cross Braces
