Construction

• Constructed of Heavy-Duty extruded 6063 aluminum alloy
• Available for 10″ x 30″ and 12″ x 30″ trays
• Fully welded frame and base for strength
• Full-Size Platter Racks:
  • Available in standard 69 inch or refrigerator 64 inch heights
  • Available in 9, 10, 11 and 12 tray capacities
• Half-Size Platter Racks:
  • Available in half-size 38 inch height
  • Available in 5 and 6 tray capacities

Uprights & Cross Braces

• All welded 1-1/8″ square tubular frame Upright with rounded-edges, 1″ square cross braces
• Heavy Duty (HD) Option: All welded 1-1/4″ square tubular frame with rounded-edges

Casters

• High Quality 5″ Polyurethane with full thread guard swivel plate casters
• Patented Off-Set King Pin Design* for increased stability on narrow racks *Patent Number: 9,452,638 B1
• Casters Bolted to Wheel channel
• Heavy Duty (HD) Option: High Quality 5″ x 2″ Polyurethane with swivel casters

Runners

• Tray runners are all aluminum and fully welded to the frame
• Each runner angle measures 1″ x 1-1/2″ x .078″ thick
• Heavy Duty (HD) Option: runner angles measure 1-1/4″ x 2″ x .100″ thick
